Members, feel free to drop prompts here to help your Writer Blocked friends recover from their hindrance. Prompts should be one or two sentences meant to 'prompt' other writers to write a story. Example prompt: "It was a seriously stormy night, and all I could see, glimmering in the near distance, was..."
For those who have Writers Block, you would then take that prompt and use it as the first sentence of a story that you create.

Alright, I suppose I will start this off! I will post a few that could lead into great posts, and a few that could lead into individual stories.
This one here is one that I saw a long time ago and it has stuck with me ever since. As such, the following prompt is not one that I created: "Coffins shouldn't be made that small..."
Alright, now that one is out of the way, Imma gonna get to the post prompts. These are general ones that you can use to start many posts, especially if you are working on character development. 1. "Darkness filled every crevice of his/her being as a certain thought flowed into his/her brain..." 2. "If *name* wasn't such a coward, he/she would..." 3. "A petite bird landed near the muzzle of *name*, who promptly..." 4. "If only the world had given *name* a few more seconds..."
That is it for now! I shall post more as I feel the need to/have ideas. I would love to see what you come up for these- if you use these in a post, feel free to post a link to the post in this topic and tag me in it so that I can go and read what you all have come up with. If you used it for a story, rather than a post, all the same!
